Grade‑2 black recycled PS pellets

PS (Polystyrene)

PS is a colorless‑transparent thermoplastic, one of the general‑purpose plastics with relatively high transparency. Core features: good optical performance with light transmittance above 90%. It is rigid and brittle, glass‑hard yet low in impact strength and prone to cracking. It delivers excellent processability and electrical insulation, featuring low molding shrinkage and stable dimensions. However, it has poor heat resistance (long‑term service temperature generally ≤ 80 °C) and inferior weather resistance, tending to turn yellow upon aging.

Main Applications

Daily‑use goods & packaging: widely used for disposable tableware including plastic cups and food boxes, transparent CD/DVD cases, stationery (rulers, pen holders), toys and food‑packaging containers.

Electrical & electronic products: instrument housings, lamp shades, insulating films and high‑frequency capacitor components.

Construction & thermal insulation: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS, commonly known as styrofoam) is an important lightweight building material for wall thermal insulation, sound insulation and cushioning packaging.

Please specify your additional requirements for impact resistance, gloss level, flame retardancy, heat resistance, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.

Participation Process

Recycled pelletizing manufacturers please contact supplier service for supply registration.

Buyers: Click group‑purchase or contact procurement service to submit your procurement requirements. The platform screens qualified recycled raw‑material suppliers from the database or launches bidding according to your specifications. After sample validation, buyers confirm the preferred recycled material and supplier and sign the sales‑purchase contract.
